  • What to Bring: A valid form of identification (National ID, Passport, or Driver’s License) and your current Kaieteur Classic card.
  • Cost: Your card replacement is completely FREE!
  • To upgrade your card, please visit any GBTI branch near you. Find your nearest branch here: https://gbtibank.com/about-us/branches/
  • Complete the Agreement Form

  • New Card Issuance: $1,000 (Applied to all new Mastercard Debit Cards).
  • Card Replacement: $1,000 (Applied to all lost, damaged, or compromised cards).
New Accounts Breakdown
 
 
For new accounts requiring an initial payment of $5,000, the funds will be applied as follows:
 
  • $4,000 – Credited directly to your account balance.
  • $1,000 – Processed as the card issuance fee.

Card Migration: FREE (Migrated cards will continue to be issued at no charge).
